Providing weekly operational updates and identifying missing documentation, outstanding items and financial-record exceptions.

Our $2,500 starting engagement is designed for a smaller, less complex business and generally accommodates:

  • One legal entity.
  • Up to two bank accounts.
  • One credit-card account.
  • Approximately 125 routine transactions monthly.
  • Up to 15 vendor bills monthly.
  • Up to 15 customer invoices monthly.
  • One existing payroll provider.
  • Standard monthly reporting.
  • Weekly asynchronous operational coordination.

Businesses with greater transaction volume, additional entities or more complex accounting requirements receive a tailored proposal.

Your Engagement Experience

Our standard reporting target is the 12th business day following month-end, subject to timely receipt of required information.

Your First 30 Days

We review your financial records and systems, confirm access requirements, establish documentation and approval workflows and create the initial reconciliation and reporting schedule.

Scope Considerations

Historical cleanup, prior-year catch-up work, payroll processing and tax filings, complex inventory accounting, significant financial modeling and ongoing Controller/CFO responsibilities are not automatically included.

The Partner retains authorization over payments and transfers.

Final pricing reflects transaction volume, entity count, record condition and the agreed scope of financial operations.

Starting at $2,500/month

Published fees represent starting investments for new engagements. Final pricing depends on business complexity, transaction volume, number of entities, existing financial conditions, reporting requirements and the agreed level of support. Additional responsibilities are outlined in a tailored proposal before engagement. Existing signed engagement fees are not automatically changed by revisions to public pricing.
