We establish your financial priorities, assess available information, create the forecasting baseline, define meaningful KPIs and establish the leadership reporting rhythm.
Scope Considerations
The standard engagement assumes reasonably maintained underlying accounting records and an existing bookkeeping or accounting resource.
Daily transaction processing, extensive accounting cleanup, tax preparation, ERP implementation, formal assurance work and major special projects are not automatically included. Additional services are quoted separately.
Final pricing reflects business complexity, number of entities, financial condition, reporting requirements and the level of leadership involvement required.

Published fees represent starting investments for new engagements. Final pricing depends on business complexity, transaction volume, number of entities, existing financial conditions, reporting requirements and the agreed level of support. Additional responsibilities are outlined in a tailored proposal before engagement. Existing signed engagement fees are not automatically changed by revisions to public pricing.
